Welcome to Polly’s Pad.
Let’s talk about Mid-Life Crises, and how you can avoid having one.
There is no reason why you shouldn’t be living your best life during middle age. Life begins at 40, after all.
Maybe the kids have left home or are at least more independent.
Perhaps your mortgage is close to finishing, or your debts are finally paid off and you have a little extra money to spend on yourself?
Maybe, none of those things has happened yet.
Or perhaps – and this is just an example, from the top of my head- you may still have a house full of teens, a house that you are trying to finally redecorate after years of neglect, while also working full time and trying to help out older family members, while also paying out every five minutes as all of your appliances seem to keep breaking down at the same time…
Bit specific perhaps but you get a general idea.
Are you in a position where you feel it is time to pull all the threads together and finally sort your life out? Once and for all?
Cool, me too.
That is why we are all here.
To help you with your mid-life crisis – because it is not a crisis if you have a plan.
And here at Polly’s Pad, it is all about planning.
Whether it is your finances, sorting your home, or wanting to try something new…there is a plan for it here. And if not, let me know and I’ll help you write one.
So take a breath, load up on your beverage of choice, grab a pad and a pen, and together we can start working on your rest of life plan together.
Best places to start…
There is a lot to see here, and it can be a bit overwhelming, so there are helpful links and shortcuts everywhere for you.
It’s like being in IKEA…just follow the arrows! Here are a few articles to introduce you to the Pad and what we are doing here.
Why do you need a plan?
